Charming colonial house with beautiful decor. The location is prime, just blocks away from Plaza Grande and La Ronda. The breakfast offered a delightful fruit, yogurt, and granola buffet. Cooked eggs. Quick Wi-Fi was a bonus. However, the rooms were quite compact, and mine had a small bathroom, making movement a bit challenging. Staff communication varied. some were excellent, while others struggled. The front door was always locked, requiring a bell to enter, which felt a bit uncomfortable at night. Still, the warm atmosphere and attentive service made my stay memorable.

The location is excellent, just a few blocks from Plaza Grande and La Ronda. The room was clean and tastefully decorated, with a unique design that included vibrant purple furniture. Breakfast offered a nice selection, including a fruit, yogurt, and granola buffet, in addition to cooked options. The staff was attentive, consistently providing assistance when needed.
Wi-Fi connectivity was unreliable throughout the stay.

beautiful colonial house, great city view, well-appointed rooms
Room and bath cramped for standard pricing!!! The permanent heavy foot and bus traffic outside made it hard to relax. Overall cleanliness, particularly the floors, could use serious attention!!!

Charming colonial vibe in a prime spot
I was charmed by the colonial atmosphere of the hotel, which transported me back in time. The location was fantastic, with easy access to historical sites, making it perfect for wandering around. One thing to note is that while the rooms were lovely, some areas could use more thorough cleaning. Overall, I had a memorable stay and appreciated the helpfulness of the staff.

Family with children loved it
The place is beautifully designed, interesting details everywhere the historic feel is truly captivating. Aida took such good care of us, always smiling and even helped coordinate our group’s tours, making everything smoother.
It wasn’t inexpensive but considering the service and the experience, totally worth it.

The family room featured three queen beds and a captivating city view, contributing to a pleasant stay. Breakfast included fresh fruit and options tailored to preference. However, communication with some staff members was inconsistent, particularly with two male receptionists, which negatively impacted service. Additionally, we faced issues with promised wake-up calls and found the safe access quite limited, as it required a key instead of a code.
